OUTDOOR TURF SPACE

Outdoor Turf  |  "The Pit"
Pit A 6v6 - 35 yards x 55 yards ($100/hour includes 6x18 goals)
Pit B 6v6 - 35 yards x 55 yards ($100/hour includes 6x18 goals)
Pit 9v9 - 70 yards x 55 yards ($150/hour includes 6x18 goals)
$50 trash fee if any trash must be cleaned up after your rental.

Rentals for camps, leagues, or other programs that charge a fee for players to participate will be assessed a 20% profit sharing fee which will be added onto the total rental rate. The special event application should be used for these types of events.

PARTY ROOM

Party Room  |  $50 / hour (plus tax)

$20 clean-up fee if food or drinks will be served.

$10 technology fee for TV use will be added.

Field Rental Add Ons

Score Board Use = $10 per rental plus tax

Scrimmage Vests = $1 per vest

All rentals are first come, first serve and are subject to availability. To book an area, please call (832) 447-1230.

RENTAL DETAILS

In order to rent:

You must be at least 18 years old.

You must show a valid driver's license and must complete the rental agreement for each occurrence.

All Adult participants must sign the rental form/waiver.

All Minor participants must have a parent or legal guardian sign the rental form/waiver.

Outside music, sales, promotions are not permitted without approval.

 

Maximum number of participants on each field:

Main Field = 24; Medium Field = 20; Small Field = 16

Rentals can be terminated at any time if facility or equipment abuse is observed.

All rentals require a 50% non-refundable deposit to book a space.

If you would like to reschedule any previously booked event, there is a $20 re-booking fee.
